Car was washed and hoovered and the tyres fitted perfectly, happy with the service experience.

Recalls completed fine but car was part of a 36 point check, to then be told brakes were at legal limit. Took it to another garage the next day to find they still had 7mm left on them and that BMWs own system on in dash said 27000 miles left.

Service dept where very good BUT the loan car was very poor well over its service limit with lights on the dash board showing faults . Service dept know this but car was still loaned to me not a very good impression of the dealer ship

The person serving me was very helpful and polite. However, on getting home it was clear my car had not been properly washed afterwards, at best maybe wafted with a pressure washer certainly no soap. The windscreen was still dirty as were the wheels.

Very satisfied that my car was given a necessary safety check. However it wasn't made clear at the start that the relevant part was not in stock so could not be fitted resulting in the need to bring the car in again when bmw have been in touch

My car had nothing done to it on the first appointment as the MOT test equipment had broken down, on the second appointment the printout given with the MOT had every item marked as NC (not checked). Very confusing.

Since being taken over by Lloyds from Stratstone, everything seems to be a lot better. I had an issue with my rear badge and thought it might have been under warranty but it wasn't. They explained why it wasn't covered and was happy with the work.
