The staff inside the garage were lovely. I had to stay and work while my car was being serviced. They offered me tea and coffee on more than one occasion occasion which was lovely. I also saw the salesman who sold me the car and he remembered me.

Work done, helpful staff = deserve 5 stars. The fault itself, on a virtually new vehicle, combined with delays booking in didn't help. Add in the lack of courtesy car, being disabled, meant issues were significant, especially living so far away.

The BMW service personnel identified that rear tyres are wearing out more than front ones. The service receptionist gave this information. I inquired about the cause of excessive wear, she didn't know and also did not try to find out. Disappointing.

My car needed a service and an MOT. I knew there was a cut on the side wall of a tyre but I wasn't certain that it was an MOT failure. I asked that it be checked before its service and MOT and my request was refused.
